I did send this once maybe it wasn't received I will send again buried the satisfied with Brandon all I had. Was oil change in tire rotation process Took 3 hour. No communication with service writer during the entire process even though I had questions. After having the car 2 days later went to Take and checked tire pressure then noticed rotation was never done.. One of the tires had low pressure when dropping off that tire was in same location. With further check a tire that been plugged also was in same location. Called customer service spoke to an advocate who arranged another appointment and know you are returning and will place you ahead. I did show for new appointment and nobody new why I was there had to explain all over again so waited Another 2 hours and no communication from service writers got car back and left I did have another service issue at this dealer for my 2020 Sonata that sat in the shop for one month. Thought I would try them just for an oil change and tire rotation because they were close and they failed that one also..... Terrible service waited in the show room along the front window because of no actual waiting room or area. TERRIBLE.....UNPROFESSIONAL Do I need say more More

This dealership is still terrible. The nicest thing on site is the portopotty in the front. The waiting area is hot and boring. My scheduled service(oil change) took 2.5 hours. This dealership was very communicative before we bought the used vehicle, especially Jeffrey Tannous. However, after driving two hours to purchase it and two hours back home with it, the car broke down an the used vehicle, especially Jeffrey Tannous. However, after driving two hours to purchase it and two hours back home with it, the car broke down and the dealership refused to be responsible for the problems that clearly existed before the vehicle was sold. None of that was disclosed even after they were asked. The service department was EXTREMELY rude and beyond unprofessional, and they told me "it was on me to fix it," and that they would not help me at all! Very disappointing, especially since the car was for my daughter, and she was the one who was driving when it broke down not even 24 hours after buying it. After that call, NO ONE would take my call or help me, including the GM, the Service Manager, or the General Sales Manager. I would NOT suggest buying a car from this dealership if you want a reliable vehicle. I wouldn't trust them with the safety of my family riding in their cars and neither should you! More
