Horrible service. Waited two hours just to be told didn't have the part needed after I had already made the appointment. They are slow with terrible customer service. Never follow through. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealer based entirely on how terrible they are. More

Appt was for 8:15. Got there at 8:10. In line at outside tent due to construction on facility until 8:35 when service advisor finally checked vehicle in. Vehicle has Got there at 8:10. Vehicle has recall but he couldn’t tell me what it was only that it indicated no current fix. It need tire rotation, air filter replacement, and inspection for 24,000 miles. It took 2 hours to complete (seemed much longer than necessary. Received vehicle back and maintenance indicators hadn’t been reset—went back in to request reset. Service manager came out and reset and I asked him about recall—he said it might be the hitch. It would seem if there is a recall on a vehicle that the service advisor or manager should be able to at the very least look it up and let the customer no what it’s for. Overall staff I dealt with were pleasant but it does not seem to be an efficient use of time and personnel when there are 5 people at the tent but only one service advisor to intake vehicles. More
