I came and showed up 15 minutes early for my scheduled oil change that I made an appointment for A WEEK IN ADVANCE. I waited 2 hours at the dealership. I never got notified that my vehicle was ready, I ha oil change that I made an appointment for A WEEK IN ADVANCE. I waited 2 hours at the dealership. I never got notified that my vehicle was ready, I had to go bring it to someone’s attention. Ironically it was ready by the time I said something. I thought that was ridiculous but it gets worse. Upon completion of service, i thought they were going to take my keys and pull my vehicle up for me. Boy did I have another thing coming. It took almost every service technician, manager, and supervisor to search for a separate set of keys because whoever parked my car after the service, had it BLOCKED in from OTHER VEHICLES. I didn’t end up leaving until a whole hour later. I was honestly flabbergasted by the amount of unprofessionalism. I only came here because the oil change is covered under warranty. I am not looking forward to my next oil change. Everyone was very kind and nice about the situation; which I did appreciate. But this was absolutely unacceptable. More

After I left the dealership, my TransUnion alerted me that they attempted to pull my credit after I’ve already been preapproved with GTE credit union. I was also told that, even though I went in direct w that they attempted to pull my credit after I’ve already been preapproved with GTE credit union. I was also told that, even though I went in direct with my car loan that my credit would not get pulled because it was the same system as GTE . so I’m not sure why exactly I get an alert on August 3, 2023 about an impossible inquiry from Brandon Hyundai. My credit was pulled on July 31 from GTE credit union prior. Because I made that initial call to get preapproved. Although I left with a great vehicle from Hyundai, that I made a choice of. Aaron, the sales guy was quite professional from start to finish, He made an error here in there. But he held himself accountable, and I respect that. Also Darren, the financial advisor with Hyundai was a bit rude to Thomas the GTE sales representative. I didn’t like that because it wasn’t a common ground. It was more, so who can end up at the top between the two .There was some sort of commotion between the indirect loan, and the direct loan that I already was approved for, that’s the only reason why I’m leaving a bad review . Because I came with a preapproval letter then I was offered an opportunity to go in direct. I don’t think it was necessary, even though it was a great offer to squeeze in the extra products, but I’d rather have taken that up with my personal bank representative, so I feel like it was definitely a sales tactic and you guys didn’t have my best interest , even though. After I was so frustrated Darren gave me the option to not go through with it or not . He also made me fill out an application that involved my Social Security number I asked him do I have to put that down he said yes and I said, but I thought I already did that with my bank so I don’t know if my information is safe at this point. my experience was great at the dealership all together just a few mess ups More
