I was happy that their effectiveness in time was exceptional. The only time was when the report and evaluation on my vehicle was not an agreement. There was no communication. My car was finished and I drove up there not realizing they were already closed. I walked with a sales person to the service area and found my keys j My car was finished and I drove up there not realizing they were already closed. I came in on 10/25/24 I needed an oil change. Now my car is riding bad. There was nothing said about my engine light being on. I'm not happy. I pay a lot of money for this vehicle every month.
