I had made an appointment on line a couple days prior due to the distance I have to drive to have the service done. I came to have my oil changed and tires rotated. Girls greeted me and asked to wait till service person came over. I gave her my info and she stated she didn’t see the appointment on the schedule. But she would put the order in and have the services done. Ask me to see Alexa at the customer service desk and to get more info from me. Alexa showed me the waiting area. Alexa sent me a text so I could reach her if I had any questions. I did text after a hour but no response. I know she’s busy with others but just a quick acknowledgement would have been great. Later she comes to me and says the tech noticed my wiper blades need replacing at a cost of 50.00. I declined as I do them myself. Alexa notified me the car was ready and ready to check out. Walked to my car and I thought it would be washed but wasn’t. As I read the bill someone noted risk involved so it wasn’t done. I was disappointed when I left. Someone could have asked me about the wash but didn’t As I drove home, this really bothered me. More
Giovanni Benavente was our sales department rep and he was very good. He was always extremely courteous and helpful. He answered all our questions and he spent time with us showing us many of the featur was very good. He was always extremely courteous and helpful. He answered all our questions and he spent time with us showing us many of the features of the 2025 Tucson. My only complaint was the length of time involved with getting thru the paper signing process with the Financial Person. This process needs to be streamlined. The overall and paper signing process took 6 hours which is too long of a day. In addition - we got a paper license and no floor maps and we needed to return to the dealer a few days after the purchase to get both. And exterior sealing on the car was not done and we need to return on Friday November 16 to get this done. Looking forward to getting past these minor issues and enjoying a long great relationship with Brandon Hyundai. More

I have had nothing but issues since purchasing this vehicle, while Hannah was great the experience was horrible after that. I haven’t received a single document showing I purchased the car. The person who did my finance put GAP on there despite me telling him many times we didn’t want it and I couldn’t afford it. Now I’m stuck with it. He no longer works there so no one will help me despite calling multiple times and filling out a contact me form for the general manager. My tag was supposed to be transferred and wasn’t so now I paid an extra 300 dollars and I don’t have my specialty plate. More
