The work was done correctly, but I arrived at 9 and left at 3:15. I had a 45k service and the wiper recall to do. I was told 2-3 hours and it was 6. Repair was done with no additional annoying upsell. They explained every charge and gave me a quote for my next service. Only negative was it took a while, 3hrs+ for an oil change and tire patch.
