They take TOO LONG to diagnose, keep me informed, order the parts and make the repair. It took 3 WEEKS to replace my transmission. Most of that time was spent waiting on Hyundai to approve this warrantied the parts and make the repair. It took 3 WEEKS to replace my transmission. Most of that time was spent waiting on Hyundai to approve this warrantied replacement. The check engine light came on 3 more times after the transmission replacement. Each time it took Hours to diagnose and call me. One of the replacement parts took EIGHT days to arrive from New Jersey. The most recent check engine light came on only minutes after picking up the car from the 8 days wait. I brought the car back immediately. The service manager had the technician who had just worked on it diagnose the new problem. After waiting 25 minutes with no word I left. TWO Hours later I called to find out what’s going on with my car. Turns out an air hose was not reconnected after installing an emissions part. NEVER ONCE in the over FOUR WEEKS that my car has recently been at The Brandon Hyundai service department was I asked if I needed a loaner car or a ride such as Uber or Lyft. I am very disappointed at the lack of customer service at this dealership.
