Waited 2 hours to be told the problem wasn’t under extended warranty. They wanted to charge me almost $1300 to replace two hoses. I got them repaired elsewhere for $350. This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Rick greeted us in the parking lot but was gracious and offered us time and space to look around but was there to help us as we went car dealership. Very disappointed with the service department. I made an appointment for 10:00. When I dropped off my car Dave said it would take 2-2.5 hours for oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. So we had someone pick us up 4 hours later I tried calling and texting for an update. You can’t speak to anyone. No one called me back or responded to my messages. So I had someone drive us back. Dave wasn’t at his desk so I asked the guy with the cowboy hat for the status of my car. He said we have to wait for Dave. About 5 minutes later Dave came. He went to check on the car. They hadn’t even started. We are from NJ and schedule this appointment so we can get back on the road home. He said he was sorry and that the appointment was just to get to talk to him and that the car would be done sometime that day. This is ridiculous. I asked for a manager. Who said well we’re sorry. They will do it now. No one was nice or had a smile. Never had been treated like that at any dealer I’ve been to. Also they did not reset my dash so we keep getting a message that I need service so now we have to take it back to my dealer when we get home More
