I had a very good experience and love my new car The only bump in the road was my being Canadian causing the completion of the sale to be 3 hours instead of one. Darrell and everyone at the dealership was absolutely fantastic. I would have given the dealership 5 stars EXCEPT they had me sit down with a woman to remove my trade in from my insurance policy and add fantastic. I would have given the dealership 5 stars EXCEPT they had me sit down with a woman to remove my trade in from my insurance policy and add the new vehicle. She told me my new premium with Progressive and I signed a bunch of paperwork. I get an email from Progressive and find out that instead of adding my vehicle to my existing policy she wrote me a whole NEW policy, forcing me to cancel the policy I had for years and losing the $550 that I had built up in my deductible bank. This woman was HIGHLY deceptive and unethical and cast a shadow on what had been a wonderful experience. More
Absolutely blown away by Brandon Hyundai. We are on vacation in Florida from Canada and they got in us right away to diagnose a check engine light; they were so kind and helpful and made sure We are on vacation in Florida from Canada and they got in us right away to diagnose a check engine light; they were so kind and helpful and made sure we knew what was going on since it was a brand new car (less than a month old). Ensured the fee was covered as it was under warranty, offered us a coffee, water and ice, and even shuttled us to the mall while it was in for service. Even though it sucks we had to spend part of our vacation doing this, it was seamless and the whole dealership was so so nice and welcoming. (Sarasota Hyundai didn’t give us the time of day, told us they couldn’t get us in (in a two week timeframe) just to diagnose the engine light. Wasn’t very personable on the phone and didn’t seem to care at all.) SO THANK YOU BRANDON HYUNDAI!!! More
Waited 2 hours to be told the problem wasn’t under extended warranty. They wanted to charge me almost $1300 to replace two hoses. I got them repaired elsewhere for $350.
