The salesman was great, Stefano Santini. We did not encounter an issue till we went to finance. The 1st day Jason was not as cooperative as I expected and we walked out. We are very happy with the deal we ended up getting, however I am knocking off a star for two reasons..the first reason is the significant difference between the sticker price on the used car we were lo however I am knocking off a star for two reasons..the first reason is the significant difference between the sticker price on the used car we were looking at and the first number they came back with where they added all these crazy fees for things we didn't ask for (we ended up negotiating those off but I shouldn't have had to do that), the second reason is the LOOOONNNNGGG wait from the point we agreed to purchase the car and the time we walked out with the car which ended up being over 3 HOURS! Otherwise our sales person Stephanie was awesome and we would definitely go see her again! More
