I gave all 5 star rating because of the csi system. I have worked in this industry for 30 years. However, I am very aware of a burnout factor or it may be generational but I felt like I was a inconveni I have worked in this industry for 30 years. No comments from tech about what was done or not done with recall....what started out as a very impressive sales department in a building that was being remodeled at the time resulted in a very unspectacular service visit. Mario needs to do better or find a job you enjoy. I will be back however we will keep improving I'm sure More

I visited the Brandon Hyundai dealership today hoping for a walk-in appointment to address an anti-theft software upgrade recall on my car. The staff was polite, but it seemed like their scheduling system lacked flexibility. A more dynamic appointment system could have been beneficial for instances like these. While the dealership was clean and presentable, a little more adaptability and customer-focus would have made my experience significantly better. Would make me think twice if I have to purchase a car from this dealership. More

Terrible communication! I understand the construction is interfering with their ability to update the online tracking, but it took us calling after the service center closed I understand the construction is interfering with their ability to update the online tracking, but it took us calling after the service center closed and a courteous receptionist to find our vehicle was ready for pickup. No messages were returned during the work day. To top it off, when we picked up my car the advisor had left a code reader attached which caused lots beeping, had to turn around and go back. I assume the recall work was completed as reported, but the communication with us was not acceptable. More
