Dealing with salesperson and finance was pleasant. No undue pressure. Difficult to get credit card deposit back. Fairly average experience. Seemed a bit busy so it took quite some time for me to get greeted for service once i arrived for my appointment. I had asked my service advisor Dave if there were any coupons I could apply to my services and he told me no, but after i had already paid I found out there were actually coupons for both my services. This caused me to have to return to the dealership on a separate day for a partial refund. The manager Michael was super friendly and helpful when I returned to request a partial refund. More
