He addresses me respectfully, is considerate of my time, finds and applies discounts when possible, and partners with me in keeping my vehicle in good condition by advising regarding maintenance needs and options. As an example of his excellent customer service, recently I had an emergency when my car’s tire was pierced by a nail and, although the dealership schedule was slammed that afternoon so they were not able to take further drop-in customers, yet he arranged for my tire to be repaired that same day. It was hard to reach the same person twice by phone, so I would end up asking the same question multiple times, and when I emailed, I was either getting responses from a bot or from someone who didn't read carefully enough to respond to my actual questions.
