The reason I picked this dealership was they had the best price for a platinum highlander with 10k miles and they were will to deal with me over the internet. This process was smooth considering I was in Kan price for a platinum highlander with 10k miles and they were will to deal with me over the internet. This process was smooth considering I was in Kansas and they are in Florida. I reached out first I talked to Marcus, Hope, Joe, and a couple other folks I’m forgetting their name. We negotiated a price. They sent the paperwork overnight we sent it back the next day after signing for the vehicle. We paid for the vehicle set up shipping and received the vehicle in a two week time table. I want to thank everyone for saving me over 10k in my local area and in addition completing all the tax, tags, and registration! I visited this dealership on Thursday, November 9 with the expectation of upgrading my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. I found my salesperson very pushy and unfriendly. He treated me as though I was a child. I also spoke to a manager on the floor who was also dismissive. I walked out very unhappy with the professionalism. Subsequently, I went next door to Ferman Mazda and purchased a 2023 CX-5.
