Horrible place. They sold me a car with catalytic converter issues. I started noticing the engine skip and jump within 2 weeks of purchasing the car. after going back and forth with the dealership for weeks, they convinced me to have them look at my car. (i was hesitant because the 250 “diagnostic” fee). Once they look at the car themselves, they find it’s the “catalytic converter” and it would be over $2400, and of course the issue is not covered by warranty. There’s no dealer warranty either. The dealership gave me the “it’s a risk buying a used car line” instead of helping a young women out. This has been an issue in the car and they refuse to help with the costs even though I just traded my car and and purchased this car less than 4 months ago. Please go elsewhere because no matter what they do not care about the messed up cars they put you in and are only trying to get more money out of you. More

Chaotic and overbooked and they deliberately didn't give me new battery and car battery power was lost and took photos of the radio and display as well as AC that was not lit up prior to the visit -- and th me new battery and car battery power was lost and took photos of the radio and display as well as AC that was not lit up prior to the visit -- and they didn't diagnose it properly and replace battery waited until out of warranty deliberately to make me pay $352 and brought by three times to see display and not lit up -- poor service tech and service customer service -- don't even clean car or offer car wash had to ask it's not customer focused and wait time was crazy -- lost sale on a palisade that day wanted to buy one for 42k More
