The service department is good and they are knowledgeable. It is always busy and I think sometimes things are rushed and not looked over thoroughly. During my dealing with Mrs. Degraffenreid was very pleasant and professional. She took the time and patience to address our questions and concerns. The only issue we had was the Degraffenreid was very pleasant and professional. She took the time and patience to address our questions and concerns. The only issue we had was the Palisade that we test drove and was in the process of negotiating was sold to another customer during this period. We were offered a similar Palisade but by the time we finished the purchasing process it was too dark to do a thorough inspection and the next day we noticed some things with the vehicle that needed to be addressed. Mrs. Degraffenreid and another gentleman assisted with addressing the issue. It is taking a little long to get everything fixed but Mrs. Degraffenried is keeping us updated as well as provided a rental during the time without my Palisade. Hopefully it won't be much longer, having a new vehicle that you are paying for but can't drive yet is a bit frustrating. Again, her communication on this matter has been great! More

In fact, when I questioned them two days later, was told :"Oh, that's for a different vehicle." or "We aren't always up to date on national dealsl." I don't necessarily fault the dealership-buyer beware. But it would have certainly made a huge positive impression as opposed to the negative impression I now hold. More
