We had a lot of problems that came from one thing that was supposed to be fixed, and Travis took it under his wings, and he fixed everything and made every thing run smoothly and took care of us 500%. This is worst dealership I’ve ever been to. They sold me a brand new car with an AC issue. I’ve taken it to the service center more than 4 times with no resolution. They always come up with an excuse and make it seem the like AC issue is my fault. They never answer the phone, horrible communication. It’s nearly impossible to call and speak to someone in the service center. I’m very disappointed and frustrated with how I have been treated by this dealership from sales to service to management.
