Customer service, service department is the worst I’ve ever had. Had my vehicle for 11.5 weeks with practically no communication. Only found out my rental time limit was up when hertz called me. I don't feel the options on the car we purchased were adequately explained ( I would not have purchased this specific vehicle if I had been told that it did not have a backup alert. I also had a rushed feeling with the finance employee. Once again if I had been alerted to the finance rate, I would have passed on the purchase. Having bought most of my vehicles for cash, I should have thought this through, but did not think to ask the question until the end of the paperwork. Won't make that mistake again. P.S. Can you give me an idea what the cost would be to add on a back up alert? More

The gentleman helping me was great!
