Took my car in for service. I was working with Jeff. Be prepared to wait a long time, that’s just how it goes. I brought a book and tried to be patient. After 3 hours at 3 pm Je I was working with Jeff. Be prepared to wait a long time, that’s just how it goes. I brought a book and tried to be patient. After 3 hours at 3 pm Jeff told me it would be about another hour. At 4 pm I had heard nothing. At 5 pm I had heard nothing, by 5:30 I was the only one left in the waiting room and the employees were starting to pack up and leave. I sent Jeff a few texts trying to check in on an ETA and did not receive a reply, so I finally went to the desk and asked where he was. The guy there said Jeff had left hours ago! He found my paperwork in the bottom of Jeff’s desk and told me my car was ready. I asked him if I’d just sat in the waiting room an extra two hours because Jeff left and everyone else had forgotten about me. He didn’t answer and wouldn’t look at me. I pulled out at 5:50pm, what a wasted day. More
