Well, I went there to check on an issue on my car. They told me he’s gonna take about two hour. I sit there for over than two hours and nothing was happening. I found my car in the parking lot. I asked the person who took it. he said he just took it not too long ago and it was over 2 1/2 hours and nothing has been done to it I’m pretty sure that’s because I was not going there to change oil or do some work to pay for any job. It was just a regular check up because something was going on to my vehicle and as I have a 10 year warranty that’s supposed to be for free, so I was nota fair priority to them they only care about the other who pay for things to be done that day and I have to be on the side till they find some time for me which was not acceptable. I was not happy. I took my car and left very disappointed. More

I only wish I'd gone ahead and purchased from Brandon -- Chris was so responsive, straightforward, knowledgeable and easy to work with! Everyone I interacted with at this dealership was warm and welcoming, nobody tried to push anything on me, and answered all my questions, while another local dealership had been condescending about financ and welcoming, nobody tried to push anything on me, and answered all my questions, while another local dealership had been condescending about financing details, and kept pushing me towards options I didn't want.
