Vast Improvement This was my second visit to Brandon Honda and, after my prior bad experience, I was hesitant to return. I did so because of my many great previous vis This was my second visit to Brandon Honda and, after my prior bad experience, I was hesitant to return. I did so because of my many great previous visits to my Honda dealer in the North. I was hoping that the prior visit to Brandon Honda was, perhaps, just a fluke. I wasn't let down this time and it was great to find that the service this visit was much improved. We were greeted by a young man named Auggie and he took great pains to ensure that everything went smoothly and painlessly. He promised from the onset that he would be watching everything to make sure that my car was taken care of and that my wait wouldn't be as long (with an appointment) as the previous time had been. We were in and out within minutes and everything that we were there for was taken care of and more. I will not hesitate to return to Brandon Honda the next time for my automotive needs, but will be sure to look for Auggie! More

Got my A/C fixed! My air conditioning was working intermittently and has been for quite some time. I took it to the dealership recently and was told they could not find My air conditioning was working intermittently and has been for quite some time. I took it to the dealership recently and was told they could not find a problem. At the insistence of my dad I made another appointment. With the help of Augustine Cardona, Service Advisor, the problem was diagnosed properly this time. He has been very helpful in the past and I will always request his service as the Advisor in the future. The blower motor was bad and the blend door needed to be replaced. It all works as it should now. Too bad it took 2 trips to the service department to get the issue resolved. More
