I bought a new Honda Civic on June 30th from a salesperson who is no longer with the company. He gave inaccurate information regarding the incentives and features of the car I bought. After bringing the car home and realizing it didn't come with what he said were features, I contacted the dealership and spoke with Sam Raabe. I went in and met with him regarding the issues and he apologized for the incorrect information, made concessions for the misinformation I was given and impressed me with his desire make my car buying experience a positive one. Thank you Sam for the excellent customer service I received. Five weeks after buying the car, we had an accident that caused extensive damage. I had the car towed to Nufinish and due to issues with availability of parts needed from Honda, was told after two weeks that it would be another few weeks before I could expect to have my car repaired. I contacted Brandon Honda to see if there was anything they could do to help. Sean Visconte and Tim Eldredge came to my rescue. They arranged to get the parts from another vehicle to repair my car, hand delivered them to Nufinish and getting my car returned to me quickly. Their hard work and dedication to a customer kept me from having to run over the 30 days of a rental car covered by my insurance and allowed me to have my car back in time to take my much needed vacation - a 1500 mile trip to visit my grandson. These wonderful guys are a great asset to Brandon Honda - thank you all for everything you did! More
On 6/30/12 we visited Brandon Honda for routine service on our 2008 Accord. Without a doubt, Mary & the Service guys have always provided top notch customer service. I would tell anyone, the Service Dept at Brandon Honda cannot be matched by any other dealership! While waiting, we were approached by Stan Pullen. It was easy to identify Stan as prior military as his appearance was impeccable and he presented himself in such a professional manner. Stan asked if we were interested in a new Honda. He said, "let me have 5 minutes of your time, and I'll show you how we can make that happen". The rest was over then, we drove away in a 2012 Accord. This the 3rd Honda we've bought through Brandon Honda and surely not the last. It's professionals like Chris Aviso, Stan Pullen & your Service Dept that keep customers like us coming back. More

I bought my 2011 Honda Accord in 2010 and since that time have taken my car in for oil changes, Auto Butler service and regular maintenance. Each and every time I deal with Rick Murvine as my Service Rep an have taken my car in for oil changes, Auto Butler service and regular maintenance. Each and every time I deal with Rick Murvine as my Service Rep and he is awesome! He's friendly, honest and always makes me feel like he sincerely cares that I only get and pay for what my vehicle needs. His honest and personable approach is the reason I continue to return to the dealer for service. I can't speak highly enough of Rick and highly recommend him to anyone in need of service. I brought my car in for my second oil change with an appointment that I set through the online system/a phone call conversation to verify. Fine with me, I just wanted it right. :) I haven't dealt with Damon Clark before, and I sure hope that he is the person I deal with the next time I bring my car in. He was super nice, friendly, and even offered me a free car wash and tire check (to make sure they were aired up). I know this is a service that usually comes with the year of oil changes, but I hadn't been offered them previously, and I was super impressed. The price of course was VERY reasonable (free). That's a college student joke, of course. In the lobby while waiting I was approached by a manager who asked about trading my car in, which I definitely do not plan on doing for a long time, as I love my (pre-owned) 08 Dodge Avenger! Damon and the guys outside the service area were pleasant and seemed to be in great moods, which is a nice atmosphere to be around. Damon even said that the balloons and free coffee were just for me. Even though I know he was joking, it was a nice touch! :) Thanks for the quick service of fitting me in for an appointment, and for having such nice people around to make this experience enjoyable. I bragged about it on facebook, and I plan on sending my friends over as soon as they are in the market for new cars. Perfect timing, because we are all about to graduate college, and all of our cars are breaking down! Thanks again Damon and crew! More
Came into the dealership on the service side and was immeadiately greeted which was nice and given directions to where i needed to go, the parts dept.. Once there i was helped by Thomas Brothers who was extremely patient with while listening me trying to explain the issues i was having with my remote for my vehicle and then once he retrived the part for me he was courteous enough to walk me over to service where Mary took the time to make sure the remote got programmed for and made sure i was on my way in no time. :) More
What a great recent experience I had working with Brandon Honda. I arrived with my young son and was immediately greeted and assisted.
