Made an online appointment for Sunday, Aug 6, @ 0800. Came in for oil change and two recalls, after 4 hour, no oil change! Service rep (can't remember her name), initially told me I couldn't use my ser Came in for oil change and two recalls, after 4 hour, no oil change! Service rep (can't remember her name), initially told me I couldn't use my service coupon because the service would be completed before 10 (said warranty company won't except coupon on Sunday's until after 10. I never received a text saying my car was ready, so I walked over to her desk and said since it is after 10, I want to use my service coupon. She said, "Oh, I didn't think you wanted the oil change." She said they can do the oil change, but it would be another 30-40 minutes. I told her I will set up another appointment for the oil change. So after 4 hours the only thing completed was the recall on the seat belt and seat belt clip, no oil change! I don't know if the service department checks on the online appointments and the reasons for the appointment, but they should. I shouldn't have to pull up and have them ask me what I'm here for. Check the reason on the online appointment. This is the first time in five years of coming to Brandon Honda that anything has happened to me like this. More

I went to Brandon Honda and met Superman, Christopher Irvin. Mr. Irvin made the process of purchasing my car the smoothest, easiest and fastest I've ever experience in buying a car. He's not the typical sales consultant that tells you what you think you want to hear so he can get you in a vehicle. He actually listens to you and works with you. He's straight up, transparent, honest and a man of his word. I hope Christopher Irvin is around the next time I have to purchase another vehicle. Mr. Irvin is like my barber, when you find a good one, you keep them. I'm so happy about my experience with Mr. Christopher Irvin that I can go on for days. I have bought three cars from this dealership and the service here is phenomenal. From the sales side to the service side and everything in the middle (finance team, etc) the people here are great. It’s been 6 months since I bought my car and they still treat me like they have day 1 even though the sale is far behind us. All's well that ends well. There was a second reason for my visit. I purchased a CRV in January. Part of the agreement was oral, to provide me with a cargo liner. When I tried to make arrangements to pick it up, I found the salesman was no longer with the company. After the sale he was impatient to get away (5 o'clock) and sat with me in the auto for no more that 10 minutes to orient me. Couldn't reach him by phone or email, so I called the senior person who was there at closing. I left several messages for him and got no return calls. He would get no stars. I went to Brandon Honda yesterday in part to try to get my liner. I spoke to a sales manager (didn't get his name, but he deserves five stars, too) who promptly provided the cargo liner, which was all I wanted. The matter could have been settled weeks ago without the extra effort on my part being necessary. More
