After 3.5 hrs, I was given a quote and problems were adequately explained. To be noted, I had to remind the guy that I needed the paper work for my records and once my car was delivered to me, it had not been washed, as promised in the care package i signed up for. I would recommend, but stay alert to your expectations and needs. More

following up on recalls I was impressed that they followed up several times to remind me that I need to bring the car in for a recall - beyond the first one. They got me in on time, the waiting area was decent, the coffee was good, and while it took longer than I hoped they explained the hold up and got me thru the check out quickly. It's the only Honda dealer nearby but that isn't a problem as I'd definitely go back to them for service and friendly staff. More
