I get no appreciation at the dealer I purchased a new fully loaded Honda from them. I scheduled my second maintenance for 230pm today. I come in and it is a mad house. They said it wo I purchased a new fully loaded Honda from them. I scheduled my second maintenance for 230pm today. I come in and it is a mad house. They said it would take 3 hours for a oil change. I asked what is the point of scheduling if you can't get me in. He said it only guarantees they will get to it. Why can't they provide a scheduled line vs a walkin? The dealership service area is going through growing pains and for the total confusion of remodeling the employees are still able to keep a nice work flow. I'm sure it will be great when it is finished but for now, prepare for organized confusion. More

Needle in a haystack I am a single mother, and as you can imagine, having things AND kids together, your things tend to get broken. My only car key remote was broken by m I am a single mother, and as you can imagine, having things AND kids together, your things tend to get broken. My only car key remote was broken by my kids when they tossed my key chain across the long sidewalk path, and it blew apart into tiny pieces, which were never to be found again. We all know that replacing one of those remotes is a good $350, and that is not in this single mother's budget right now. So, I went to Brandon Honda because I remembered when I purchased my car from them (used) almost 2 years ago, they had called me a few days after the purchase to let me know that the previous owners had brought in the spare key, and that it would be there for me to come pick up whenever. Well, time went by, I was always busy, and I basically forgot about the key. So today I thought to myself, "I wonder if they just so happen to still have this key after all this time. I doubt they will, because that's silly, but I can't not check and see." So, I drove over there today on my lunch break and was first greeted by Tyler at the reception desk. He looked any and everywhere and was not able to find this key. But he didn't give up there. He pulled up my account and found that I had dealt with Tony Lara at one point, so he called Tony downstairs to help. Tony is in management and he could have looked at me like "um, why do I need to help you? Isn't there someone a little less important who could instead?", but no, he began looking with all of the other used vehicle keys to see if mine was in there. He even had me help him to be sure we didn't miss anything. When the key wasn't there, he mentioned there was one other place he could look and had me wait a moment. He came walking back with a small box of random keys and remotes that we dug through, but to no avail. He said there was just one more option, and if we didn't find it here, we probably weren't going to. He came back with one more small box of keys and remotes, and as we were digging through, I found a key the exact same shape as mine. He took it outside to my car and tried the remote, and guess what? IT WORKED! That was my spare key from 2 years ago! Tony, I can't thank you enough for going above and beyond for me when you really didn't have to. That was excellent customer service on your part, and I am forever grateful to you for making my situation important enough to you to help me find the key. I will never forget it! More

As usual he provided me with exceptional service: efficient, very quick, very detailed, very courteous, super nice, very fair, extremely Honest. Hoeever, I saw the Manager Mr Medrek. He is one of a kind: very selfless (put others first), very down to earth, very generous, very genuine and super super nice human being. In contrast, I called the Manager at other dealership twice and I left two voice mail and I left a message with his assistant. He never bother to call back. What a huge Difference. Thank you John for hiring Mr Medrek and Vernon. I will keep coming to your dealership from North Orlando (200 MILES each way). More

I was pleased with the no pressure sales approach from Don Negri. I wanted to reduce my payments on a new vehicle and they worked to make it happen. I have purchased 5 new vehicles from Brandon Honda since 2001 and have always been pleased with the Sales and the service departments. All the employees are friendly and polite.Driss Hilili was very helpfull in discussing some add on accessories. Very Good Sales experience. I recommend Brandon Honda for Sales and Service. Fantastic service!! I bought my 2014 Honda CRV on 6/11/18. I noticed a couple of problems especially the tire sensor light. I took it back several times and it kept comin I bought my 2014 Honda CRV on 6/11/18. I noticed a couple of problems especially the tire sensor light. I took it back several times and it kept coming on. I took it back on 7/18/18 Austin the assistant service manager said they would check it out . It needed four tires and an alignment Grant the Quality Manager said that shouldn’t be that I would have to pay for them so soon after having just bought it. I paid for a new Compass which wasn’t covered. I think they went above and beyond. I recommend Brandon Honda. They stand behind their product. More
