Service work completed I took my vehicle into the shop to have some service work done. The parts were not in, however, I was advised that the parts would be in within a coup I took my vehicle into the shop to have some service work done. The parts were not in, however, I was advised that the parts would be in within a couple of days. I was contacted via text and was told that the parts were in. Donnie and the service manager really worked to keep me satisfied as a customer. There was a delay in the completion of the work and the, dyeing advised me via text and in person. The service manager took the time to come and introduce himself and let me know if there was anything that he could do to help, to just let him know. That really made me feel like I mattered as a customer. More

Oil change 11/28/2018 I arrived 10 minutes early for service appointment yesterday afternoon. I was immediately greeted by the arrival staff and told that a service represe I arrived 10 minutes early for service appointment yesterday afternoon. I was immediately greeted by the arrival staff and told that a service representative would be with me shortly. After waiting for 20 minutes, a very nice fellow came out and checked me in. After about 40 minutes, he came to me and said my car was ready. He ran the paperwork and I paid the bill. Then they couldn’t find my car. After another 20 minutes, they told me they found the car but couldn’t find the keys. I told them we owned two Honda’s and both keys were on my key ring. The attendant then showed me some keys and I immediately pointed to mine. They proceeded to retrieve my car. At that point I went home. I have suggested in the past that one service Lane should be for appointments only. The personnel I dealt with were very nice. My question is How the xxxx do you lose a car? After service is complete return it to the reception area. I have purchased several cars from you over the years. If it wasn’t for the very nice people in the reception area as well as a great young man as a service rep. I would have given a one star review. As it is I will be back one more time. Thanks. Four new tires, four hour wait and...tire weights? I brought my car in on a Sunday, last minute, for a tire replacement (2010 Accord). I was lucky enough that they were able to get me seen and had my (somewhat unusual) tire size in stock. Being open on a Sunday is unusual for a service bay, and I WAS a last-minute addition, so I was somewhat expecting to make a day of it. People watching is always a good time, I brought a book, they have a cell-phone charge station available and free water available, so no major complaints. However, upon arriving home the next day I spotted a few tire weights in my driveway.... Guess I'll be making a return trip to sit in that waiting room some more, this time sans book. More

Last minute add ons Mike was able to get get my vehicle in for a quick oil change and then look into my lost key replacement issue. Though not all the parts were in stock Mike was able to get get my vehicle in for a quick oil change and then look into my lost key replacement issue. Positive Service Experience I had an emergency service situation arise. Rachel Christie managed my service issue and she was amazing. I was in the middle of moving into my new home and had my 1 month old at home. She personally handled the situation and had me out in 30 minutes (maybe even less) as she promised. I truly appreciate her help and understanding. I wish I could deal with her every time I require service needs! More
