There was no hidden costs involved Daniel was very transparent on costs of service. He continually kept me posted on the status of the vehicle while it was in the shop for a few hours for CV axle work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Brandon Honda for service, regardless if you purchased your vehicle there! Routine Service We were greeted immediately in the Service Bay and information taken promptly. On entering the service area we were introduced to Daniel McSwiggen our We were greeted immediately in the Service Bay and information taken promptly. On entering the service area we were introduced to Daniel McSwiggen our service manager who listened about our requests for other issues(reverse camera and brakes) to be checked while the car was in for servicing. He conveyed this to the technician. We were ushered into the waiting room which was comfortable though a bit cold. Daniel came by to keep us informed regarding the progress and when the car was finished he gave us a print out of the work done and assured us it was covered since it was our second free service since purchase. He also had the technician come and reassure us that he had checked the camera and brakes against other same models and could find no issues. Daniel also arranged to have the car washed. All together a very positive experience in a timely manner. More

I had been losing air in one of the tires and needed a repair, as we were traveling 500 mil On November 19 I brought my Honda CRV in at about 6:00 pm. I had been losing air in one of the tires and needed a repair, as we were traveling 500 miles the next day. Veron Liburd assisted me and got the problem resolved during a very busy evening for the service department. Hit the road the next day with no subsequent problems. This may seem like a simple issue, but the combination of Brandon Honda being open into the evening and staffed by competent and caring staff, enabled us to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday stress free.
