Tom, Has been my service representative for the past year. Earlier this year I had a issue with my car with many warning lights coming on. He was amazing in getting the problem solved. It took a few vis year. Earlier this year I had a issue with my car with many warning lights coming on. He was amazing in getting the problem solved. It took a few visit, replaced a few parts. My car saw a few different mechanics but in the end, Tom knew the one mechanic who would know what was going on and could solve the mystery. With in minutes the problem was solved. Tom never stopped and even checked back with me to make sure the car was perfect. The car is great and back in today for a oil change and tire rotation. I have bought or leased my last 6 cars from Brandon Honda and I am extremely happy with them. I recommend Brandon Honda to all my friends looking to purchase a new or used car. More

From the moment I drove up to the service area, the employees were helpful, courteous, and patient with me. Once they determined the problem (bad tire due to road hazard) and solution (new tire), Mike employees were helpful, courteous, and patient with me. Once they determined the problem (bad tire due to road hazard) and solution (new tire), Mike Hudak discussed it with me and answered my questions to my satisfaction and then fixed it. I will say that this is THE BEST dealership personnel I have ever dealt with, from the purchase of the auto, service provided and follow up to make sure I was satisfied.
