Brought my Honda in for service on my transmission. Rachel introduced me to Ryan Foster to handle my issue. Ryan was very professional and kept me up to date through the entire process. When I arrived to pick up my car everything was completed including the paperwork and the car was parked out front for me to hope in and leave. Poor customer service representative. Ryan Foster should not be in customer service. As I was waiting at his station, one of your employees (African American) came to him with a question and he snapped at him and was hateful and disrespectful to him. He didn't go over anything found on my car such as worn tires, etc... I will avoid any contact with Ryan Foster in the future visits at your dealership. If this isn't possible I will go to a different location. The people in the waiting area were very helpful and friendly. More

Incredible and attentive service. Due to Covid-19 and sheltering in place, I did not drive my fairly new 2018 CRV in over a month. I only had about 2,800 miles on it. When I decided to Due to Covid-19 and sheltering in place, I did not drive my fairly new 2018 CRV in over a month. I only had about 2,800 miles on it. When I decided to take a drive, my car was dead and did not start. I did not have a towing service so I called the Honda service department to ask how I could get the car there to determine the problem. They informed me that I had a 3 year towing contract as part of my purchase. It was picked up within 2 hours of my calling and towed. I requested an oil change and to ensure my tires were properly inflated due to the very hot temperature in my garage I worried that the tire pressure would be compromised. They replaced my battery and replaced one tire as I had a puncture. Everything was still under warranty. I was pleased to pick it up not owing one cent for their incredible service. Thank you Brandon Honda for your excellent customer service especially taking care of a senior citizen. More
