I accidentally selected a new set of tires upon making my appointment, and he even reviewed my services beforehand to confirm. I’m so glad he did because I would have been so upset with my bill! He kept me updated every step of the way, and he never made me feel uncomfortable as previous representatives had by “up-selling” unnecessary services. He even asked if I’d like my vehicle washed.
