There is little value to bring my car into your service department. Service writers are different everytime. Its a joke that everyone has the title assistant service manager. There is little concern or effort shown for service that I can get anywhere for less cost. I have had a recall for 6 months that never gets addressed. When I do bring up concerns of possible damage or wear I feel that the service department doesnt care or is capable of diagnostics. I make an appointment, yet Im made to feel like it dosent matter and I will still be stuck there for three to four hours unless I hound the service writer every hour while I wait in the lounge. The most recent advisor appeared upset he was there and having to work. His appearance was sloppy, he never made eye contact while speaking, and was rude. The only positive notes I can give is the runners that bring my car up are always extremely polite and nice. Also the coffee machine is nice. The cafe is always closed an unmanned. The sales team has open meetings in front of the lounge and appears unprofessional as you overhear their conversation. More

I prefer not to answer this question about Brandon Honda. I’m very disappointed about how the dealer manage recalls. My car has a recall due long time ago that needs to be fixed but it wasn’t. I can't never say enough about Thomas Gernhart, along with the mechanic that performs the works on my vehicle (2019 Honda Accord 2.0), the both of them treat my vehicle as if it was their own. And keeps with the mechanic that performs the works on my vehicle (2019 Honda Accord 2.0), the both of them treat my vehicle as if it was their own. And keeps me informed about the status and cost of each and everything being done to my vehicle. Both of those guys are just amazing and I am HONORED to have each one (Both) of them overseeing the work being done to my vehicle.
