Justin, thank you for the response. First off, you are missing the entire point of my post and what exactly occurred. I was clearly told by Jorgi that I would "NEVER" see another bill regarding that lease from anyone. I understand how it usually works but I called many dealerships and they wouldnt NOT take the lease and pay for all the fees. BUT!! Jorgi said they would, hence the reason why I went ahead and purchased from Brandon Honda. I sat there for hours (discussing this, test driving, discuss payments again and again). If you were part of the conversation you would know what I was promised. Was I surprised and excited that you were able to do this for me???? YES!!! She explained that Brandon Hyundai is the sister store hence the reason that can do this. I am still shocked that Brandon Honda wont make this right with a customer. I am not trying to scam anyone, I discussed with Jorgi, I dont know if this is causing her to get in trouble by promising me something that she couldn't deliver to make a sale. Secondly, I have never spoke to anyone named Tony Lara. Losing a customer for $2,000 and having these bad practices is not good for business. But, as mentioned you guys sell a lot of cars and month and dont really care about one customer. You still can make this right. But I am betting you wont.
