One communication was on point over the phone did all my transaction over the phone and paperwork was sent to me right away no delay everything was wonderful very understanding guy and point me in the right direction on buying the car.. we got to the dealership spend no more then 1hr we did a nice test drive with the car.. would I recommended this dealership to anyone definitely yes I will, I am looking forward to doing business again if something Come around again. overall rating I give it a 10... Service work completed I took my vehicle into the shop to have some service work done. The parts were not in, however, I was advised that the parts would be in within a coup I took my vehicle into the shop to have some service work done. The parts were not in, however, I was advised that the parts would be in within a couple of days. I was contacted via text and was told that the parts were in. Donnie and the service manager really worked to keep me satisfied as a customer. There was a delay in the completion of the work and the, dyeing advised me via text and in person. The service manager took the time to come and introduce himself and let me know if there was anything that he could do to help, to just let him know. That really made me feel like I mattered as a customer. More
Oil change 11/28/2018 I arrived 10 minutes early for service appointment yesterday afternoon. I was immediately greeted by the arrival staff and told that a service represe I arrived 10 minutes early for service appointment yesterday afternoon. I was immediately greeted by the arrival staff and told that a service representative would be with me shortly. After waiting for 20 minutes, a very nice fellow came out and checked me in. After about 40 minutes, he came to me and said my car was ready. He ran the paperwork and I paid the bill. Then they couldn’t find my car. After another 20 minutes, they told me they found the car but couldn’t find the keys. I told them we owned two Honda’s and both keys were on my key ring. The attendant then showed me some keys and I immediately pointed to mine. They proceeded to retrieve my car. At that point I went home. I have suggested in the past that one service Lane should be for appointments only. The personnel I dealt with were very nice. My question is How the xxxx do you lose a car? After service is complete return it to the reception area. I have purchased several cars from you over the years. If it wasn’t for the very nice people in the reception area as well as a great young man as a service rep. I would have given a one star review. As it is I will be back one more time. Thanks. Ask for Don Negri I initially went onto the lot to test drive an Odyssey. I knew exactly the model I wanted, so when we showed up we had one of the several salespeople I initially went onto the lot to test drive an Odyssey. I knew exactly the model I wanted, so when we showed up we had one of the several salespeople (who were all waiting out front, ready to pounce) take us for a test drive. Before arriving I had done my research and was pretty well versed in the vehicle, but did have some questions on the test drive. The salesperson answered my questions but it was obvious he didn't know the answers, which I didn't like at all. Then when we returned I asked about the nearly $2k in dealer 'upgrades' already on the vehicle...I wasn't willing to pay for any of them (they're all a waste of money, I'm not turning qualifying laps at Indy so I don't need nitrogen in my minivan tires). He started to argue with me that they were a good idea. I left completely turned off. A couple days later a friend got a referral for Don and it was phenomenal. Zero BS. 'This is what I want and this is what I want to pay.' He got really close on the money the first time around, skipping all that back and forth with the sales manager which I appreciated. He was very knowledgable and offered to look up things he wasn't 100% sure on instead of just guessing. Definitely skip the vultures hanging out at the front door and ask for Don. More
