Worst mistake in buying from this dealer I traded in my 2017 Honda Acoord Hybrid Touring with this dealer. I did not get fair trade price or -irchased price as I promised by Jonathan Soto I traded in my 2017 Honda Acoord Hybrid Touring with this dealer. I did not get fair trade price or -irchased price as I promised by Jonathan Soto I wanted new body style and new design to now gain huge trunk space. I am have been paying over $700 per month for almost one year and gave negative equity in my car I tried negotiate on a 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid while I was there on 12/30/18 while having oil changed and tire rotation done. I was offered two free oil changes when I bought the car and the service department was trying charged me until I spoke up to service advisor when I was checking out I told him the cashier said it would Free I where both looking at the dame computer system. HOW STRANGE. It was in the system by my vin number. I was told that they could not get me in a new car because they do not have one and I had negative equity that they set up on my last awful deal. I have a sales executive come down from upstairs who told they had a BRAND NEW 2019 Honda Acoord HYBRID TOURING sitting on their lot and the picture was posted on their website. They are dishonest and professional con artist. I also purchased tire and road hazard on my 2017 because the hybrids do. It come with any spare tires because hybrid batteries. I requested to cancel tire and road hazard does not rims ONLY TIRES. The finance person that sold me this plan assured that tire and rims where cibered with no deductible but found out. I found out on my own I am only covered for tires only. I did not purchased the higher price plan that cover tires and rims including cosmetic or anty damage to the rim. How is this dealer still ripping people off daily. More
