Very corteous and personable I took my honda for a checkup on the spare tire compartment that had been dmaged by the people that replaced my damaged tire. After the onspwction was donehe explained what needed to be done to the car in a way I was able to understand. The part needed was not in stock, but the next day he called me as promised to let mek ow they had the part needed to fix my car. I went there after work and he waited for me to get there to introduce me to John who was going to take care of me for the rest of the evening. Anyways! Top notch all the way! I will be going back any time I have an issue and specially when I get to buy a new car!! Oh, and the best part... no cost to me!! How about that!! More

All the things I love in my old 2007 Fit are there - but technology has changed! Mr. Slim spend quite a bit of time with me - showing me how to operate many new things! That is SO helpful. Everything is easy to use - but you have to know how! He has encouraged me to come back later if there are other features that I can't figure out. That is very generous for a man as busy as he is! I am not sure I need it, but it is very comforting to know he is there to help. This is an unusually friendly and accommodating dealership. In the past I have recommended friends go and see them. But they are better than ever now. More
