I actually came in to trade my 2015 Civic which I bought at that location as well 3 years ago and Tony was very helpful with that transition. I felt like he was very honest in his recommendations on what I should get based on what I could actually afford. Luis was also very helpful in making it work with the limited amount that I could offer. There was a reason why I went back to this location to purchase my new vehicle and the great customer service they provide is always a given. Sales team will bend over backwards to help you find the car you want in the price range you need! Service team—omg! Awesome! For instance, I stopped by because I needed a tire check and oil change. They not only adjusted the tires and did the oil change but they did an entire inspection of my car and then washed and vacuumed it! What? No charge? Nope! :) I am a very busy, single woman and I am so grateful when I come across a business that seems to truly care about their customers! Trust is everything! Love you Honda Dealership of Brandon! Her Honda has 86,000 miles on it so I decided to bring it to your service department for an evaluation. When I arrived Veron Liburd met me and provided excellent service and friendly advice he even took care of several issues that were covered by our extended warranty. While at in the customer service area I was very pleased to see Don Negri (our original salesman) there, we discussed my Accord and I assured him that when my wife is ready we will certainly call him.
