This experience was better than the last and the last was A+ Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was greeted by Veron Liburd. He was thorough and took care of my vehicle promptly. When I discovered the problem I was having with my car, I phoned your service department, and was told to bring the car right in — no appointment necessary. That impressed me from the start. I am here on vacation from PA, and wasn’t sure who to call, but so glad I found your dealership online. I was impressed at how organized your service department is. From the moment I pulled in, I was treated with nothing but respect and concern. Not only did I receive expert service on my car, but I feel Thomas Garner went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. One thing that I was really impressed with was the offer to shuttle us wherever we wanted to go to pass the time while the car was being serviced. Ken, our driver, was very personable and helpful, since we are new to the area. Thank you for a great experience — it really wasn’t something I wanted to do, (or spend money on) on a beautiful, sunny vacation day, but your group made it a pleasant “adventure”. Add options package for $1897 on new car you cant refuse. They do not honor the price you agreed on. Say you agreed on price X and when you go for paperwork you will see 1897 added on top of it which is the p They do not honor the price you agreed on. What they are offering in the package is paint protection, key fob replacement and nitrogen refill for 3 years (warranty). Its a lot of money on top of the car price you want to pay. And you cannot say I don't want it and have to go with it. But you will realize this at the time of paperwork and they will say I have people waiting after you and rush you into signing the contract. the options package for them costs max 200 dollars. They buy the paint in bulk from a company called Siskin and apply it on your car. In a brand new car what are the chances of you losing your key or need new paint job or for that matter new nitrogen refill(They are offered free in places which have it). Please stay away from this dealership. More
