bad service manager I had The Worse service manager!! After my car was looked at by the mechanic, my service person never called me to let me know what was going on!! It took just about that, but I saw my car parked on the side and had to go looking for the representative. He was friendly, informative, no one previously told me how many free oil changes I had left. The cafe staff needs to be more friendly and courteous. My food was ready and I was not told, I had to go ask. It seemed as if I was bothering them. They talk too much and loudly about what was going on there. Unprofessional. More

Positive. Helpful. Answered questions Went in for service on my 2013 Honda Civic. Ended up purchasing a 2019 Honda Civic. New car has many safety features the 2013 didn't have.
