We worked most of the details out via email and phone (including a trade!) and the deal on the desk was exactly what we had discussed on the phone, which doesn’t always happen at car dealers. Because I was looking at a specific used vehicle I was relegated to a single dealer. But let me say this, for a new car especially, a car is a car is a car. The difference comes to the people you’re dealing with and the philosophy of the dealership. I am very pleased with the overall experience, and if looking for a new car would definitely make the trip again. More

Dameniel Owens at Brandon Honda made this experience absolutely amazing, and I cannot express how grateful I am to have had him as my very first car salesman. Dameniel was extremely personable, understanding and honest; I could tell he was looking out for my best interest during the entire process. He went above and beyond as a salesman, he even went as far as giving me a “Credit 101” breakdown and shared with me the do’s and dont’s of establishing good credit. We shared personal stories, laughed and even came close to crying together a few times during our visit. Dameniel was attentive to my requests and made me feel like an extended family member as opposed to just a regular customer.
