Outstanding Service on my Honda Pilot I took my 2016 Honda Pilot Elite in for service because I kept seeing Engine Idle function was "not available" as well as my SUV engine would die aft I took my 2016 Honda Pilot Elite in for service because I kept seeing Engine Idle function was "not available" as well as my SUV engine would die after waiting for a light. When it was time to let go of the brake, the engine would die. It had just started this and after 3 incidences in one week, I took it in for service. The Engine Idle function issue did not interfere with the operation of other parts of my SUV, so it was still safe to drive. Even though I had no appointment, and I showed up around 12:30 pm, the service department was able to get my Pilot in for service to fix the problem while I went with my daughter to do other errands. Service technician performed diagnostic tests and found a "malfunction code" for the Engine Idle function. Veron was my service advisor, and he handled the repair through my extended warranty - at no cost to me. I also had an oil change, as well as my transmission and brake fluids flushed and replaced. Once I got my SUV back, it was driving like a brand new vehicle again - very smooth ride. I was very pleased to have a hassle free service. Veron even gave me a Military discount and found a coupon for the Oil Change as well to help control the cost of maintenance. I will certainly return to Brandon Honda for service and maintenance again! More

I asked for some instructions with my new CRV. The rep was patient and instructed me on the various uses of my dashboard and its many capabilities. Quite a pleasant experience overall. More
Problem Solved - Excellent Service Had an issue where a rock got caught in one of my brakes up against the rotor and made a horrible scraping noise. Called Brandon Honda Service departm Had an issue where a rock got caught in one of my brakes up against the rotor and made a horrible scraping noise. Called Brandon Honda Service department and spoke to service manager Michael Mack who goes by "Mack". He was very calm and asked me to come in to dealership. Once I arrived it was a very smooth process to hand off my vehicle and decide on what needed to be looked at because at the time we were unaware of what was causing the screeching/scraping noise on my Civic. I left for work and was contacted by Mack about 2 hours later that they had discovered a rock caught up against my brake rotor. They removed the rock and test drove the vehicle to make sure everything was okay. I was due for an oil change and rotation and had them do those services as well. Prior to leaving work to return to the dealership I was called by Mack just to touch base on what the services would cost and who would be point of contact in case he had left for the day. Btw, I was not charged for looking into the cause of the noise in my brakes. I returned to the dealership after work and my car was good to go. They had even rinsed it off prior to returning it to me. Overall, I am very pleased. The service guys were able to address the issue and Mack kept me in the loop at appropriate times in the whole process. More
