I was driving a 2006 Ridgeline I bought from B My wife and I had a great experience with Kat, who helped us purchase a new Passport this past Sunday. I was driving a 2006 Ridgeline I bought from Brandon Honda almost 13 years ago and was unsure what I wanted. We actually had an appointment at another manufacturer's dealership but the experience was poor, so we left and decided to stop and drive the new Ridgeline. Kat greeted us right away, was friendly, personable and took her time with us. Not knowing exactly what we were looking for I know can be frustrating for the sales person, but Kat did a great job asking the right questions and offered the Passport as an option to consider along with the Ridgeline. We drove the new Ridgeline, (which I didn't like as much as the one I already owned) and then Kat found a Passport that had exactly what we were looking for (and didn't know it). She was patient as we worked to find the right deal for us and the dealership and stayed late on Sunday to deliver our new purchase. We enjoyed the experience and the conversation Kat.
