Nearing my 3 year 36,000 miles on 2017 Honda Accord I was able to walk in and expressed some additional concerns in which the service departments Mr. Liburd assured he would look into them with genuine concern as if the vehicle was his own which gave me great confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. After all was completed the level of professionalism and genuine concern were assuring in a last minute concern that had the possible chance of stranding my family in which that thought faded away with assurance from a genuine person.
