Brandon Honda is by far the worst dealership I have ever been to. My wife and I purchased a vehicle 3 years ago from this dealership and hated every minute of the experience due to the arrogance of the fina been to. My wife and I purchased a vehicle 3 years ago from this dealership and hated every minute of the experience due to the arrogance of the finance manager and the circus atmosphere. I decided to go back because they advertised a used accord for a price I thought was in my range. Well I was wrong. This dealership adds 1700 to every vehicle for their membership program and you can’t opted out. Add on the additional 999 for dealer fee and 2000 for tax, tag, and title and you can go ahead and automatically add $4,699 to the list price of every vehicle. The sales person (Destiny) was amazing and none of this was her fault. With that being said, the sales personnel can never find any of the vehicles you want to see. Spent almost an hour looking for a car that was showing in the parking garage on their gps system only to learn the car was sold the day before and not even on property. When destiny spoke with the finance manager about what I was looking for and what price point I wanted to be in, he handed her some sheet of paper that was supposed to show me that what I wanted for the price I wanted wasn’t possible. He never came over to see how we could make my budget work and get the car I wanted. I started a deal with a base model accord versus what I wanted because of what I was told by the finance manager. At the same time I found a sport with everything I wanted within the “price range” that was supposedly not possible to make happen at Ferman of Brandon. Upon going there, I drove away with a much nicer vehicle for the same monthly price within an hour and was treated with respect by the finance manager. I will never recommend Brandon Honda to anyone. More
