Hi Rachel, I have spoken with your General Manger, Sam Raabe, about the situation. He assured me that the situation would be handled and that everything would remediated. The vehicle was to be taken to your sister dealer, Westshore Honda, for remediation of the issues discussed. Paramount of the issues was the security of the vehicle. Unfortunately, despite my best intentions and ample generosity under the circumstances I find myself having to report that the security issue remains unresolved. For reasons that are inexplicable to me beyond any reasonable comprehension, instead of having the keys to the vehicle replaced, I have even more keys active for the vehicle than when the situation started. To put it plainly, keys that were not even present at Westshore Honda remained active even after the vehicle security was to be remediated. This concern was clearly communicated in writing and over the phone on numerous occasions. You have failed to comply with the single most important demand. I have provided your dealer group with ample opportunity to remedy the situation given the gravity of the failures I have encountered. I have tried to to show your team the respect, patience and understanding that they deserve. Respectfully, I feel like my concerns are falling on deaf ears and my goodwill is long past its expiration. My families safety and security are my primary concerns. Your dealer group has violated this inviolable trust. You have twice asked me to forgive you and offered to repair the relationship. I was very clear, there will not be any additional chances. Your dealer group has failed me for the last and final time. I will be seeking remediation through alternate channels. Please, don't contact me again. I no longer wish to have any form of business relationship with the Morgan Auto Group. I respectfully request that you remove me from any mailing or distribution list that I may have been added to.
