This was my first new car purchase, and overall it went really well! I was greeted with many friendly and helpful employees as soon as I drove on their lot. Working with each person (Larry, Ramone, Chris, and Ryan) went smoothly, no one seemed like they were rushing or didn't want to help. The whole process took about 5 hours, mostly spent time waiting on finance. But I walked away with a GREAT car and excited about everything. I would and will absolutely recommend Brandon Honda to anyone! I can't wait to learn more about my car and show it off to everyone! More

I was very pleased with our sales person. The dealership was awesome, clean and friendly staff. My first vehicle was purchased from Crown. Crown is were I get my vehicle serviced. Lou Artalona was our sales consulant last week at Brandon Honda where my husband and I bought a new 2012 Honda CR-V. Working with Lou was a pleasant and positive experience. We feel he dealt with us fairly and honestly and that we received a more than generous value on our trade-in. On the test drive, he was thorough in acquainting us with various features of the vehicle, and when we picked up the car, he helped us set up the car for our personal use. Overall I would highly recommend Lou to any of our friends looking to buy a new car. More

From the moment I stepped foot onto Brandon Hondas property I was greeted promptly and asked if I had an appointment with anyone. He in return also immediatly introduced me to his boss Cris who would assist in the financing. I went to Brandon Honda with a huge dilemma that was not easy to solve. I'd been trying for a month to see about terminating my current lease as it was no longer working for me mileage wise especially. My current lease people were not willing to help at all. I was completly upside down with things. Hassan and Cris went out of there way to help resolve this situation and were successful. I truely appreciate everyones efforts. I'm not sure of the spelling of the young lady that helped Pijamo? she was very organized with the paperwork and setting me up with my first maintenace appointment. I stopped by dealership last night around 9:00 pm. I was interested in a car on your lot. I went to the door and noticed you closed at 8:00 pm. I told him I was interested in one of your cars on the lot, without hesitation he invited me inside and took me to his desk. He gave me all the information I requested. I came in today and bought that car. I was very impressed with the help I received from Hector which I found out today is one of your managers. I only marked the price as "good" because I always feel like a new car could have been less expensive. I had a much better experience at Brandon Honda than at Courtesy Toyota. Jerry at Brandon Honda acknowledged my entire family and made us feel comfortable about talking numbers. He didn't push and he didn't talk down to me. I really dislike the car-buying process, but Jerry helped to make it less painful. Everyone at Brandon Honda that I came into contact with was willing to listen and no one a bad attitude. The employees seemed to be genuinely interested in their jobs and happy to be working there. More

Antonio and Cris answered all our questions, were extremely friendly, courteous, and made our whole experience pleasant. We had looked at 3 other dealerships (non-Honda), and were not at all impress extremely friendly, courteous, and made our whole experience pleasant. We had looked at 3 other dealerships (non-Honda), and were not at all impressed with their salesmen and the incorrect things they told us about our requirement for a 4-down towable vehicle. Cris showed us the dealer book that covered that feature early on in our conversation. Antonio took us on a tour of the service area and introduced us to the service manager we will be dealing with. Antonio's pride in the Honda dealership is very refreshing. It is nice to find a car salesman who is proud of where he works. We also had a good experience with the gentleman who helped us with the financing. I forgot to get his card, so I don't recall his name. He was also personable and informative about all of the paperwork we had to complete. We were also impressed with the way the dealership is willing to continue our relationship for the servicing of our new car. Our whole experience at Brandon Honda was the best new-car-buying experience we've had. We will definitely recommend Brandon Honda to our friends. More
