Car purchase We had been to two other dealers before arriving a Brandon Honda. We dealt with Prisilla who was very attentive to our needs. Prisilla listened to us and looked at her inventory, told us to wait and she would bring back something for us. When she pulled up at the entrance, my husband went out, got into the vehicle, with ease. We took it for a test drive and purchased it. We bought a 2014 Chevy Captiva Sport LTZ and are extremly happy with it. The overall service with paper work, trade-in, delivery were excellent. I had not been too happy of late with Brandon Honda as we'd been going there Mike Hudak, one of the Service Managers, went out of his way to help us. I had not been too happy of late with Brandon Honda as we'd been going there for years and things were kind of shaky when the ownership changed but things are definitely getting much better! Honda gave us a rental while the airbag in our '05 Pilot was on recall back-order but they insisted on keeping the SUV. The next day the shop tells me my boat is ready to be picked-up and guess what - that's right - the Pilot had the hitch! I called and complained to Mike that I wouldn't be able to get my boat. Instead of making a big deal of it Mike volunteered to bring a vehicle with a hitch and tow my boat home for me- which he did! He didn't even ask for gas money (which I forced him to take anyway) and he was prompt and dependable. Mike and Brandon Honda have my vote of confidence now! More
