When I arrived at dealership Jackie Olson took over and I was treated like a family member, or that's the way she made me feel. She answered all questions and made the process painless...lol ! The car I viewed on line was even better in person. Long story short, I drove it home. Brandon Honda will be the dealership I will be coming to for all my vehicles. Much kudos to Stanley and Jackie ! From the minute he answered the phone, Chris Hall set a new standard of professionalism. He wanted to ensure that the car that we were interested in was still available and immediately called us back to let us know that the car was on the lot. Chris had to go above and beyond to show us the vehicle, but it was all more than worth it. Chris could not have been more professional and polite in working this deal with us. We talked briefly with two managers and then the finance person to complete the deal, but had to return the next day to pick up our Pilot. Again, Chris was so polite , so attentive and took the time to show us how to use all of the features. We're so excited about our Pilot - but Chris really made this a fantastic buying experience! Salesman was good sales manager and finance manager terrible Lured in by Internet price for a new CRV somehow a 22k vehicle turned into 30 k. I finally told them to give me back my trade a 2012 Colorado at that time sales Mgr got very rude and told salesman do what it takes to get deal done. Finance Mgr kept pushing extended warranty even though I told him 3 times I dud not want it. Then they sent me home with paper work to sign and mail back which was strange noticed they slipped I extended warranty. I was furious to top it off they didn't even put gas in vehicle waited 5 days for them to send proper paperwork after several calls terrible will never buy another vehicle from them. I have bought 3 vehicles in past 3 years and never had a bad experience except with Brandon Honda More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!! Our sales person, Chris Hall was great. He worked hard to get us into the car and payment we wanted.
