It's been several months now from the purchase of our Pilot and I'm very sorry to report on the "service after the sale" I've received from Brandon Honda. When I got the Pilot it came with a front license plate mount, which is specific for the vehicle, and a few days ago I started to install a plate I had made for my wife, but realized that the mount was missing the hardware. I stopped by Honda to get the hardware kit and was quoted $14 for it. I explained that I was never given it to begin with and I didn't feel I should have to pay for it. I was told to speak with my sales rep (Joe Saab) so I did. Joe told me there was nothing he could do, but that he would pass it on to a manager and that I would get a phone call. After two days and no call, I got with Joe again and again was told that he couldn't help but he would again get with a manager. After another two days and no call, I got with Joe again and by now told him how dissatisfied I was becoming. His response was that I was not his "only customer" but he would get with manager and someone would call me back. Joe call me back 30 minutes later and told me the hardware was at the front desk. When I picked up the hardware it was missing two parts and so ends my dealing with Brandon Honda. I purchased a $40,000 car from them and they seemed great. I asked for a simple request after the fact and I was treated like I was a problem customer. For a dealership that is very forward when asking for great reviews during the sales process, they don't do much to live up to that review after it's been submitted.
