My purchase experience was totally awesome at the store. Derrick was courteous, patient and knowledgeable wirh the car. The negotiation was painless and the staff was very accommodating. I wasn't expecting such a pleasant experience buying a car, and was not intending to do so on my first visit to Brandon Honda. But the Pilot had everything imaginable and the deal couldn't be beat.
