Justin Jarrell was terrific! I told him what I wanted in a vehicle and that I needed to get everything done quickly in order to surprise my husband with his new car. He actually listened to what I wanted, and even at one point reminded me of what color I said my husband preferred, when I started to stray to a color that I liked. My husband was very thankful for that, as he did not want a red vehicle. After I had surprised my husband with his new car, we came back to the dealership so Justin could show my husband all the features of the vehicle. We showed up randomly and Justin was on a test drive, so we were willing to wait as long as needed. However, Gary Jarrell saw me, and recognized me, and had the time to show us all the features while Justin was busy. As soon as Justin was available, he ran over to join us. I have told all my friends and family of how great this experience has been. As soon as I can, I will be back to see Justin so I can get my new Accord. Thank you for all of your help! P.S. I was looking for a new Accord for my brother-in-law and had just been through the ringer at another dealership (high pressure, don't leave until we have a deal, etc.). We originally had an appointment with another salesman, but ended up being assisted by Hassan. We already knew the vehicle we wanted, and Hassan was quite knowledgeable and knew all the facts and specs abo but ended up being assisted by Hassan.
