However, a year later the car came back in on a warranty issue and we were treated like it was our fault and spoken to by Allison and Eric like we didn't matter. Communication was very poor on a daily bases with updates on the repair status and we were call to return the rental before our car was completed. Then when we were called it was 20 minutes before closing with no regards to the fact that we will 45 minutes away and that we were at work when they called. Will never purchase a vehicle from Brandon Honda again! Thank you for nothing Allison and Eric in service. More
