The closing process is aided by state of the art tools and they embrace ways to make things faster. But the best thing for me was that they won on price. They were first to come with a low quote to me and then they stuck by it and did not change a thing when I got their to do the close. I worked with Chaly Afflitto and he was a very nice guy and incredibly responsive to my questioning. I would never say that I would only work with one dealer but all things (like price) being equal I'll give my business to Brandon Honda and Chaly again next time. More

Very Professional Previously I have dreaded car shopping. The last two(Odyssey new, Civic used) at Brandon Honda have been enjoyable. Wonderful, friendly staff. Rammie took the time to show us many cars and Jackie O. saw to it all our needs were met. She responded within minutes to an internet request and has followed up, after the sale, with phone calls. They worked together as a team. Very nice atmosphere. We also have been extremely happy with the service department. We left our last dealership due to poor service. The whole package at this dealership is great! More

Horrible experience -- False Expectations Very horrible service will not recommend to anybody -- Nothing wrong with the salesmen he did what he could with the little knowledge he had -- But af Very horrible service will not recommend to anybody -- Nothing wrong with the salesmen he did what he could with the little knowledge he had -- But after TWO weeks of having the vehicle and back and fourth between dealership and getting specific documents -- they ask to swap out the car for less value vehicle after the Salesmen stated I was approved for this specific vehicle in which my wife had fell in love with. We denied their offer & moved on with our business -- We went to Kia next door & in 40m we walked away with 2014 pre-owned -- no issues or hassle -- between management & finance at Honda very poor customer service -- will not recommend to anybody More
