I usually dread the car buying experience, but Ed Seymour and the folks at Brandon Honda made the experience so easy I left wondering why I put it off for so long. My husband and I felt like he gave us a good deal the first time around, but we confirmed it by comparing his quote to those from several other dealerships. It was hands down the best offer and there was absolutely no negotiating necessary. Once we decided on the car we wanted, the whole process was complete in less than 2 hours. Jennifer Saltz in finance, and Art Pier, who went over all the car's features with us were also wonderful to work with. I will definitely refer people to Brandon Honda and Ed Seymour in the future. We have owned Toyota vehicles for decades. In the past, we always tried to deal with Honda, but were greeted with indifference on the part of the sales people, high prices and no inclination to try to dea we always tried to deal with Honda, but were greeted with indifference on the part of the sales people, high prices and no inclination to try to deal with us. This time, we, of course visited our Toyota dealer first and liked their product, but the cost seemed a little high and their selection was very limited on the Highlander. We then decided to make our "token" visit to the "across the street" Honda dealer before going back to Toyota and try to drive a better deal. From the very moment we drove up to the showroom, things were different. Shawn Yang greeted us with a friendly smile and a relaxed but informative attitude. He listened carefully to our needs and was very willing to let us test drive any car we wanted. We had narrowed down between the Odyssey van and the Pilot. Since I was caregiving my sister from a hip operation, we were very concerned about her ability to enter/exit the vehicle and finally decided to bring her back to the dealership later. We went home, talked to her and returned that p.m. She liked both vehicles and could manage entry/exit easily. But, she really liked the Pilot due to its ease of visibility and the backup beeper system. Meanwhile, Shawn had left work that day and we were given John Tanner to help us. Throughout our discussions with Shawn and John, the Sales manager, Frank Vitale, briefly stopped by to see how things were going. We couldn't keep ourselves from blatantly asking Frank how long he had been at that dealership because things had no doubt drastically changed --even having a nice little cafe for snacks. John was kind enough to take us on additional test drives of the Odyssey and Pilot. I especially wanted to see how I would like the passenger ride and "living" in the different color schemes inside. We finally chose a Pilot Touring model and are currently learning all the many services the car offers. We are elderly so, the learning curve can be steep at times. Bottom line, we are extremely happy will all aspects of Brandon Honda's service and product. In fact, John just called to see how we were doing and asked if he could help us with anything! More
Mr. Jerome Burggraff is a professional salesman and a complete gentleman. He answered all my questions. I have bought three new cars from Brandon Honda in the last 2 1/2 years, and Mr. Burggraff is only complete gentleman. He answered all my questions. I have bought three new cars from Brandon Honda in the last 2 1/2 years, and Mr. Burggraff is only matched by the 1st saleman I had in 2010 who is no longer with you. He is an asset to Honda and is complementary to the quality of the Honda car. He listens to what the customer is looking for; stays in contact,and follows up with you in a timely manner. He is extremely thorough in his job. I thought I had removed everything from my trade-in. Before pulling out of the lot, I was sitting in the new car familiarizing myself with the new controls when Mr. Burggraff knocked on my window and said "Excuse me, you left this CD in the CD player". I thanked him and told him it was my favorite CD. He is very thorough at what he does. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I would refer any friend to him and Brandon Honda. More
Had a great car buying experience here. I walked in a very informed buyer. I knew what I wanted and had done quite a bit of research on the car I wanted to purchase and the car I was wanting to trade in, very informed buyer. I knew what I wanted and had done quite a bit of research on the car I wanted to purchase and the car I was wanting to trade in, so I knew what were good prices for those vehicles and what to watch out for. I also researched the reputation of dealerships in the area and was very impressed with Brandon Honda and their A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Larry Larose (the Internet Sales Manager) responded very quickly to my internet inquiry and wound up being my sales facilitator through the whole process. He was very kind, professional, knowledgeable and helped me get every piece of information I wanted. Plus he was great to talk with while the long queue in the financing department (due to me shopping on Memorial Day) processed through to me. Of course we did a bit of negotiating to get the numbers where I was truly happy, but I was never in danger of being "fleeced" at this dealer. They absolutely stand up to the "integrity" they promise. No sneaky fees or other tactics to get extra money out of your pocket. Wonderful place to buy a car. I drove 50 miles to deal with them and was not disappointed. More

He was very patient and professional the entire afternoon we spent together, especially since I had small children with me most of the day. He showed me several prospective cars and was very upfront about which ones would work the best to fit my situation. Ferris was on the back end working very hard to earn my business and when we did speak he also was very professional and courteous. The two of these gentlemen understood I was not there to fart around but to seriously purchase a vehicle. They event went so far as to provide extended test drives to see if the vehicles I looked at would work with my family. Needless to say after a long afternoon a deal was made on a beautiful 2007 Honda Oddysey that the family absolutely enjoys. I also give thanks to John Marazzi for getting involved to make things happen. The customer service experience was UNPARALLELED to any other dealership I have done business with. I will definitely recommend Brandon Honda to all of my friends and family because of the level of care and concern these gentlemen took to earn my business. More
