I cant say anything more that the entire process was just perfect. We decided on the car and the price pretty quickly. We spent more time with the choosing the color than anything else. I cant say anything negative about Ron. He knew the van and understood what our needs. He guided us through the options and helped us make the decision. Clayton worked with us to ensure that we got a fair deal (it was really more than fair) and got us through the paperwork. Denise got us past the financing without any issue and we were out of the door with the van in less that 3 hrs. Yesterday he was very patient and friendly,he worked with us in every way and didn't show any sign of annoyance or impatience with some of what we were asking of him to make sure we were satisfied. Brandon Honda overall seems very family friendly with even a play area for kids and they offer refreshments as well. We left there happy and with a brand new CRV at a suitable rate.
