Salesman Ted was very well informed on the features of the CR-V and the added benefits of buying a car at Brandon Ford. He also let us take the car off the beaten track for the test drive and once we bou the CR-V and the added benefits of buying a car at Brandon Ford. Mgr Shawn gave us a fair financial deal and Vaughn offered us a variety of financing options and available maintenance packages. (We opted for LoJack installation since I have already had a car stolen here.) While we were waiting for financing approval, we got a bite to eat at the food counter and it was pretty good! The facility itself is bright and clean and there is a separate alcove area for children to play while waiting. And I was especially happy to hear that they wash your car after every service visit. :) More

As a USAA member, we can go to dealers that are affiliated with USAA but I preferred to stay closer to home and Giovannie won my business by being very nice, patient and an advocate for the best price.
