When I arrived at Brandon Honda I was pleasantly surprise at how considerate everyone one was of my time. My wonderful salesman Yong Lyles listened to what I was looking for, presented me with my options and gave me honest comparison advice about other cars I was contemplating. After I decided that I would purchase the car, I was greeted by the financing person who would be handling my purchase, Mike Joiner. Mike took the time to explain to me what he was working on and how long he believed this process would take. My purchase and my time was treated with respect and I am very thankful for the wonderful car buying experience Yong and Mike created for me. More

Hector Nieves was a strong advocate for the dealership but helped me to secure excellent pricing for my vehicle. when they didn't have the model, color and trim we wanted he got it sent within hours from another dealer. our relationship manager Sal Manalili. was friendly and knowledgeable. we made a number of trips to the dealership and after the first one without warning he greeted us warmly by name and always worked to answer our questions and concerns. worked hard to help us find the car and model we wanted. he worked hard to provide a good atmosphere for our buying experience. our experience in the finance office with Chris Shotwell went well as well.
