He was busy with another customer when we arrived and he came up to us introduced himself and gave us the keys to a new accord for us to test with. We have been looking for the past few months to get a good deal on a new CRV. We are trading our 2008 CRV in because it has been such a great car. I stopped by today to see how much I could get on a trade because that was the only thing we hadn't done yet, it was just by coincidence that I had the car because I had taken my wife to work. I was greeted at the door by Demetrios Mina, I told him that we had been talking with the Honda dealers in the Tampa area and we were interested to see what we could get as a trade in for our car. He was very polite, friendly and not at all pushy, he ask when we were looking to purchase and if he could give me the deal I wanted could we do the deal today, I was a bit apprehensive because I didn't intend to buy today but I said sure thinking he could not match the deal I was looking for. Well he had the car in stock we were looking for, it had come in 2 days earlier, we were looking for the Kona brown with a sun roof which is not an easy task. Mr Mina came back with some figures and I told him what I want to pay and we came very close, within $29.00 of what I wanted. I signed the papers and drove the car of the lot to surprise my wife when I went back to pick her up from work. I have been buying cars for many years and this has without a doubt been the best experience I have ever had in doing so. Our finance manager was a great guy and the general manager was extremely nice when my wife pressed for him to throw in a few extras. I will recommend Mr Mina and Brandon Honda to all our friends and neighbors, it was a great experience, one that everyone should go through. This was my second Honda purchased from Brandon Honda. Sean Walsh is the greatest, not pushy or hard sell but a pleasure to deal with. His knowledge of the Accord was excellent. Sean and Frank Vitale did not hesitate in locating the color vehicle with all the equipment she wanted on the car. Frank fairly evaluated our trade-in and between them gave us what I believe to be a great price and close a good deal. Both gentlemen went above and beyond the type of service that I have ever experienced in the past buying a car. It was truly a pleasure.
