Jennifer Saltz, the Business Manager, was very helpful, and in recommending the Gap insurance, the lifetime warranty and 4 year maintenance plan for a very small increase in payment, helped us make a good decision there. All in all, my wife and I cannot say enough about what a good experience this was. We got the vehicle we wanted at a price we could afford...and it was hassle-free. Can't do any better than that. We actually traded 2 in for a new and used and he provided advice and showed us exactly what we want vehicles, test rides and preliminary paperwork. The finance area was a whole nother story though so know what you want going in, watch months and rates closely and know whether or not you want extra warranty before you go in or you will end up in there for hours and getting something you don't want just to get out of there.
