Mr. Jerome Burggraff is a professional salesman and a complete gentleman. He answered all my questions. I have bought three new cars from Brandon Honda in the last 2 1/2 years, and Mr. Burggraff is only matched by the 1st saleman I had in 2010 who is no longer with you. He is an asset to Honda and is complementary to the quality of the Honda car. He listens to what the customer is looking for; stays in contact,and follows up with you in a timely manner. He is extremely thorough in his job. I thought I had removed everything from my trade-in. Before pulling out of the lot, I was sitting in the new car familiarizing myself with the new controls when Mr. Burggraff knocked on my window and said "Excuse me, you left this CD in the CD player". I thanked him and told him it was my favorite CD. He is very thorough at what he does. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I would refer any friend to him and Brandon Honda. More
Had a great car buying experience here. I walked in a very informed buyer. I knew what I wanted and had done quite a bit of research on the car I wanted to purchase and the car I was wanting to trade in, very informed buyer. I also researched the reputation of dealerships in the area and was very impressed with Brandon Honda and their A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Larry Larose (the Internet Sales Manager) responded very quickly to my internet inquiry and wound up being my sales facilitator through the whole process. He was very kind, professional, knowledgeable and helped me get every piece of information I wanted. Plus he was great to talk with while the long queue in the financing department (due to me shopping on Memorial Day) processed through to me. Of course we did a bit of negotiating to get the numbers where I was truly happy, but I was never in danger of being "fleeced" at this dealer. They absolutely stand up to the "integrity" they promise. No sneaky fees or other tactics to get extra money out of your pocket. Wonderful place to buy a car. I drove 50 miles to deal with them and was not disappointed. More
When I walked into the dealership my defenses went up, just like it would in any car buying experience. He was very patient and professional the entire afternoon we spent together, especially since I had small children with me most of the day. He showed me several prospective cars and was very upfront about which ones would work the best to fit my situation. Ferris was on the back end working very hard to earn my business and when we did speak he also was very professional and courteous. The two of these gentlemen understood I was not there to fart around but to seriously purchase a vehicle. They event went so far as to provide extended test drives to see if the vehicles I looked at would work with my family. Needless to say after a long afternoon a deal was made on a beautiful 2007 Honda Oddysey that the family absolutely enjoys. I also give thanks to John Marazzi for getting involved to make things happen. The customer service experience was UNPARALLELED to any other dealership I have done business with. I will definitely recommend Brandon Honda to all of my friends and family because of the level of care and concern these gentlemen took to earn my business. More

Kyle never made me feel like I was speaking with or working with the stereotypical car sales man. He made me and my sons feel very comfortable buying a car. My sons are very protective and can be real working with the stereotypical car sales man. He made me and my sons feel very comfortable buying a car. My sons are very protective and can be real bulldogs especially with outsiders and salesman types. We were all in agreement with the price, and gushed over how nice, and how much Kyle worked with us on our purchase. I get buyers remorse very easily and I'll tell you I have a wonderful peace about what I purchased and who I purchased it from. I want Kyle to come to my barbecue. What else can I say but thank you thank you. Kylie's manager "I feel horrible" I can't recall his name, was also involved but not in a way I have ever experienced. Instead of playing the manager game and the use of the manager card which has always seemed manipulative. He actually added to the joy of my experience. After my sons felt they had secured me the best deal possible Kylie's manager stepped in at the end of the deal and gave me additional money off the car. What else can I say but too bad my car is going to last me for years to come. I don't feel intimidated anymore not with them. I will refer my friends and family to them if they find themselves in the market for a new or used car. Especially Kyle! Thanks guys for everything and I'll peek in and say hi at my next oil change.
