I originally purchased my 2006 Honda Civic from this dealership and have been in multiple times for maintenance. Every time I have gone in, JR Disbrow has been my service advisor. I specifically reque dealership and have been in multiple times for maintenance. Every time I have gone in, JR Disbrow has been my service advisor. I specifically request him by name, and for a very good reason. He does an amazing job making sure all of my concerns are addressed, and ensuring my vehicle is safe for me to drive with my children. I truly appreciate the way JR goes out of his way, and treats me like I am more than just a vehicle coming in for service. He realizes my children ride in that vehicle and safety, as well as convenience is a priority. The dealership has been great with their shuttle service. One thing I have told anyone who has asked, my Honda itself has not been without issues - there have been recalls, etc. HOWEVER, the service department and JR, my service advisor at Brandon Honda, have been without equal - I would purchase another Honda simply based on the excellent service I have received from JR and from this dealerships service department. JR as my service advisor is the reason why I would purchase another Honda, and why I continue to drive mine. More

I have purchased three new Honda's from the dealership and have had the dealership service my four and my parent's two (total of six) over the years. It is a great car that sells itself. I can purchase a quality Honda at any Honda dealership. This is not to say that Brandon Honda does not have a great sales department or competitive pricing; however, it is Brandon Honda's outstanding service department that keeps me coming back. I have never had a problem with having my car serviced at Brandon Honda. I normally deal with J. R. Disbrow when having my vehicle serviced. (I have dealt with J. R. for many years.) I cannot say enough about this individual. From the minute you enter the service department, J. R. insures that the overall experience is totally customer oriented. He creates a positive/friendly atmosphere for the customer and continually monitors the work on the vehicle and keeps the customer informed as to what is going on. J. R. is extremely knowledgeable concerning the vehicle. If I have any question concerning my Honda, he can answer it. HE TAKES CARE OF HIS CUSTOMERS! Jr is awesome! When I make last minuet appointment he always takes care of me. Keeps me up to date with my maintenance and is honest about the work that needs to be done; I always have a coupon and he ma always takes care of me. If I stay on the premises he makes sure I'm OK, offers me something to drink or the snack the are provided. When I'm in a time crunch he tried his best to get me out as quick as possible without rushing the work on my car. Very friendly and welcoming and doesn't make anyone feel intimidating to ask a general question, very professional when dealing with multiple people and acknowledges my presence when I come in or he's on the phone with other and someone is in his space.. He's the best, I live by two closer Honda dealerships that offer better coupons in the mail and I still go to him because of the service her offers and my car maintenance record has been there from day one. More
